All app data lives in a Postgres database hosted in the European Union. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Stripe handles payments
We never see your card number or billing address. Stripe (EU) holds the billing details — we only get a customer ID.
Row-Level Security
Every row in the database is locked to your account ID. Even other Peakwise users can't query your data — enforced by Postgres itself.
Stay pseudonymous.
All you need is an email address to log in — nothing else. Use a throwaway address and a fake name if you like. The tool works 100% without us knowing who you are.

No. Our LLM providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) operate under enterprise no-training agreements. Your prompts never enter any training set.
